1. Cost: A 12-month subscription will cost you AU$x or US$x. This includes a 10% discount on the standard retail
price, shipping and taxes. Express Post (Australia only) is extra. You will be billed immediately for your first
t-shirt ('episode') and then AU$x monthly for each subsequent episode. This subscription does not include other
limited products or services made available to subscribers only. These must be purchased separately.
2. Subscription: Upon subscribing to Swami Safari you will be locked in for a quarterly 3-month period.
You will receive a new episode to your nominated delivery address every 4-6 weeks depending upon your
location. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you give swamisafari.com and Pantheon Industries Pty. Ltd. the
right to continually bill your credit card monthly, for a minium of 3 months. Your subscription and the terms and
conditions of this agreement are on-going and binding for the minimum 3-month period. Your subscription will continue after the 3-month
period unless cancelled.
3. Refund Policy: Damaged goods will be replaced upon inspection. We will refund due to sizing if the subscriber
pays for all additional shipping charges. We will not ship out an alternate sized tee until receipt has been made of
the original.
4. Sizing: If you wish to revise your sizing please email us at dearsubscriber-(AT)-swamisafari.com.
5. Delivery Times: Standard Post within Australia is 3-5 days. Express Post within Australia is 1-3 days. Air Mail
to international customers varies between 7-14 days. All orders received before midday will be shipped same day. Orders received after midday will be shipped the following day.
6. Change of Address Notification: We will continue shipping to your nominated address unless you directly state
otherwise. If you wish to change your address please email dearsubscriber-(AT)-swamisafari.com
7. Subscription Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any member's subscription at any time if their credit card cannot be processed and
payment cannot be taken. Should a problem arise we will contact you and attempt to resolve the issue. Should you
prove to be uncontactable we will have to cancel your subscription.
8. Cancellation of Subscription: Subscriptions are done for a minimum of 3-months only. You are welcome to cancel your
subscription after the initial 3-month period. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer
recieve any new episodes from swamisafari.com. Subscriptions are active indefinitely until canceled by the customer. You must give a minimum of 3 weeks notice of cancellation to allow us to revise our production schedule. Failure to provide 3 weeks minimum notification will result in delivery and payment of the next subsequent episode.
9. Copyright: All illustrations, writings, graphics, or media of any kind remain the property of swamisafari.com and
Pantheon Industries Pty. Ltd. Subscribers, the general public, individual customers nor anyone else either directly
or indirectly associated with swamisafari.com or Pantheon Industries Pty. Ltd. may copy, reproduce, re-sell or
distribute any aspect or media of swamisafari.com without express written permission from Pantheon Industries Pty. Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall swamisafari.com nor Pantheon Industries Pty. Ltd. be liable for any
indirect, special, incidential or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data,
loss of business or profits. |
